In this respect, JAMS is very keen to maintain the high quality of its services and to continually develop them utilizing the latest standards and developments in cooperation with international organizations which grant quality certificates. This enables it to provide its services according to international standards and specifications. Thus, enhancing its name as a reputable center in quality consultations.
Certified
In 2006 JAMS established a quality management system complying with international requirements for which it was given ISO 9001: 2000 certification, which later 2009 the Academy re-established the system to include clarifications and amendments on 2008 version to which it was given the ISO 9001:2008 certification. Later on, JAMS, as the first educational institution in Jordan, upgraded the QMS to comply with ISO 9001: 2015 version which was audited and certified to the academy with a recommendation for annual renewal of the certificate. JAMs is one of the few institutions in the Arab World and the Middle East which has been achieved the ISO 29993:2017 certificate for its scope of training programs provided to its various customers.
