Job Summary
Developing, designing, building and modifying new and current systems and portals.
Responsibilities
o Developing, designing, building and modifying new and old electronic systems and documenting them.
o Developing, designing, building and modifying new and old electronic portals and documenting them.
o Supervising and developing the Academy’s website, making appropriate modifications to it, and following it up.
o Preparing plans and work programs for developing the academy’s systems.
o Documenting software workflow maps, manuals, and troubleshooting steps.
o Preparing user manuals and training them on software systems.
o Training the Academy’s staff to use the systems to the fullest, providing them with advice, addressing problems that encounter the application of automated systems, and providing the necessary solutions to them.
Required Skills
o Basic skills in programming.
o Skills in dealing with and maintaining databases.
o Skills in systems analysis and design.
o Skills in preparing plans, development plans and workflow plans.
o Skills in dealing with problems, finding solutions and writing reports.
o Communication skill.
o Familiarity with the English language.
o Preferred having at least one year in dealing and establishing MOODLE scientific platforms.
o Preferred having at least a year in creating and dealing with cloud servers.
o Proficiency in dealing with the Unix operating system.
o Preferred having at least 1 year working with Greenlight + BBB technology
o The skill of dealing with problems and finding quick solutions.
o The ability to research and self-learning quickly
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a computer science as a minimum.
Preferable to have at Least one year of Experience in the Field of Systems Programming, Especially ERP Systems. Preferable to Preferable to have at Least one year of Experience in programming languages. (Oracle, PHP, Word Press).
