The course aims to introduce students to computer network structure and characterizes different types of industrial networks and nodes. Also the course describes serial transmission data buses, explains Internet and Ethernet protocols: OSI/ISO & TCP/IP, and names basic binary codes in data exchange. Also the course explains medium access methods.
