This course explains the control systems of main propulsion, safety systems of main propulsion, speed control systems of the propulsion, the different types of motors, different types of converters, operation of propulsion control system automation and procedures for use of auxiliary machinery, power management system main functions, power distribution systems and instruments used in synchronization process, as well as, the alarm management systems.
