Course Description
This course is made up to improve ability and competence in English to the required level, as well as to give students wide-ranging opportunities to practice communicating in English for both maritime and general purposes.
Asking for and giving personal information, describing crew positions, identifying places on board, identifying safety equipment, describing geographical location, expressing agreement and understanding, expressing likes and dislikes, describing activities on board in action, choosing food and drinks, identifying emergency situations, checking food supplies, comparing and contrasting sizes.
