Welcoming a Delegation of Tenth Grade Students from Al-Etifaq Schools
The Jordan Academy for Maritime Studies welcomed, on Sunday, 10 May 2026, a delegation of tenth-grade students from Al Ettifaq Schools on an introductory visit aimed at strengthening communication with educational institutions and introducing students to the prospects of modern maritime education and training.
The visit program included a field tour during which the students were introduced to a range of maritime specializations and programs offered by the Academy, in addition to the advanced simulators and modern technologies utilized in the educational and training process. The students were also briefed on the nature of studying within the maritime sector, as well as the employment opportunities and career paths available to graduates.
This visit forms part of the Academy’s ongoing efforts to promote maritime awareness among young people and encourage students to explore the academic and professional opportunities offered by the maritime transport and services sector, in line with the vision of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to prepare qualified national talents capable of meeting labor market demands.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Academy expressed its appreciation for the fruitful cooperation with Al Ettifaq Schools, reaffirming its commitment to continuing the organization of introductory visits that contribute to raising students’ awareness and introducing them to maritime specializations and their promising career future.
