The council reviewed the final written and oral results for the ETO Course, which was conducted from September 14, 2025 to September 24, 2024. The course, starting on May 11, 2025, and ending on September 23, 2024, was approved for publication and announcement in accordance with the methods used by the Academy.

The course, starting on January 12, 2025, and ending on July 17, 2025, was approved for publication and announcement in accordance with the methods used by the Academy.
