With a career spanning over around two decades, Dr. Massad has garnered extensive experience in the field of quality management and maritime education and training. Starting as a Research and Training Engineer at JAMS, he demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill, which led to a steady rise through the ranks. Over 17 years of diligent work, Dr. Massad progressed to the esteemed position of Assistant President for Training, Administrative, and Financial Affairs.
He has also contributed significantly to the field of quality management as a lead auditor and consultant for JAMS. As well as lead auditor and trainer for the renowned Lloyd’s Register. This role involved rigorous assessment, training and improvement of quality standards across various industries, showcasing Dr. Massad’s expertise and commitment to excellence.
Furthermore, He has played a vital role in higher education quality assurance through work with the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions.
