Dr. Hamzah Mustafa Massad is a distinguished professional with a robust background in industrial engineering and a PhD in Business Administration. With a career spanning over around two decades, Dr. Massad has garnered extensive experience in the field of quality management and maritime education and training. Starting as a Research and Training Engineer at JAMS, he demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill, which led to a steady rise through the ranks. Over 17 years of diligent work, Dr. Massad progressed to the esteemed position of Assistant President for Training, Administrative, and Financial Affairs.
He has also contributed significantly to the field of quality management as a lead auditor and consultant for JAMS. As well as lead auditor and trainer for the renowned Lloyd’s Register. This role involved rigorous assessment, training and improvement of quality standards across various industries, showcasing Dr. Massad’s expertise and commitment to excellence.
Furthermore, He has played a vital role in higher education quality assurance through work with the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions. This position has allowed Dr. Massad to influence and uphold the highest standards of academic quality, ensuring that educational institutions meet rigorous accreditation criteria. Perform quality management systems assessment to different organizations in many fields such as: Education, consultancy, metal products, chemicals., constructions, transportation, project management, public services, wood, pulp and plastics, printing and publishing, vehicles, general trading and manufacturing.
Prepare and carry out training courses in quality and management areas.

My Tasks were:

Formulating quality assurance standards for different colleges.
Assessing universities/ colleges withy reference terms of quality assurance.
