• Maintenance and working of electrical equipment’s on board.
• Working of electrical parts like engine rooms, radio communications, telephone and talk back system and satellite communications.
• Look into basic electric needs like refrigeration, bridge systems and control.
• Maintenance of emergency systems including emergency switches, fire alarms and detectors.
• Vessel’s electrical components like navigational lights, battery backups and electrically operated propelling machinery.
• Coordinate work with on shore technicians.
• In emergency situations must ensure all the equipment needed for safety is always ready.
• Megger test and check the insulation of the motors every 3 months.

• Electrical engineer in the Ministry of Labor project in the regional office in Al-Jouf / Al-Ahsa.
• Shop drawing in AutoCAD for all systems.
• Repair electrical connections in the building.
• Connecting the electrical network inside a building.
• Connecting the electrical panels according to the color code.
• Work on the following systems:
1- Lighting / emergency lighting system. 2- Power system.
3- Public address system. 4- CCTV system / security system.
5- Telecommunication system. 6- Fire alarm system.
