General Training Courses
As the training department aims to meet all trainees needs, we provide several courses in different fields. Courses can be conducted in JAMS buildings, Onsite training, and Remote training.
An annual training plan is developed annually by the department covering various fields with a detailed course outline for every training course including objective, topics and beneficiaries. The plan is distributed locally and to Arab countries, also analyzing the evaluation of the trainees for the training course and in the event of any defect in the performance measurement indicators, appropriate corrective actions are taken and followed up periodically, in addition to internal and external studies and research.
Due to the importance of practical using computer, the devices available in the computer lab have been updated to match the practical training programs for students and trainees, where the lab is used to implement specialized administrative and engineering courses for the practice of the course, for example, Computer Skills course and Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint course.
In addition, the internal and external environment, opportunities and threats affecting internally and externally are analyzed, how to control them, and the requirements of the relevant authorities, also analyzing basic and upgrading studies feedback and upgrading marks in the event of any defect in the performance measurement indicators, appropriate corrective actions are taken and followed up periodically in cooperation with the Business Development and Quality Management Department.
