Discription
The European Model for Quality Management (Excellence) according to the requirements of the European Foundation for Quality Management EFQM is one of the modern management approaches adopted by many institutions to improve and develop the performance of these institutions in the business environment.
The interest in quality and excellence models has emerged as a result of the successive changes taking place in the business environment, which require organizations to effectively understand those issues and to plan for those issues and their effects.
As the future trends of the institution are in line with its plans, it is imperative that these institutions adopt methods and tools based on administrative teams that encourage a culture of quality and excellence based on continuous improvement to ensure business sustainability.
